Weapon Arts are special techniques that the Player can use with a variety of effects with their Signature Blade or Innate Abilities. While most deal damage, some allow the user to either FighterArts_defense Shield or FighterArts_heal Heal themselves, an close ally, the party. Some Arts are stronger against a certain type of enemy, and some become more effective if an enemy is hit from a certain direction.

Arts with a special effect are indicated by a smaller symbol in the lower half of the icon:

  • There are at least 4 Weapon Art Slots Active at a time on a Signature Blade.
  • Players can swap out Arts in their pool when outside of Combat.
  • More Arts can be acquired or learned throughout the campaign.
  • Players are able to hold each other’s signature blades but can’t use it to its full potential. (Case by Case Basis)
I would like to Emphasize on this that I've never intended to have these Signature Blades to be shared around from player to player... it's an interesting idea to think on in the future but for now these Weapons are strictly tied to it's intended user.
